Requirements

Participants should have a basic understanding of project management concepts such as activities, scheduling, and resource planning. Prior exposure to any project management software is helpful but not required. Familiarity with general engineering or project workflows is an advantage. No previous experience with Primavera P6 is needed, as the course begins with fundamentals and progresses to advanced topics.
